Our Approach
From start to finish, we aim to make each stage of our process a successful one. By having defined stages and communicating the details of each project, our clients can feel calm and confident knowing their project is in good hands.
1. KICKOFF
Discuss deliverables and scope of the project, overall timing, budget, and any additional costs the project may incur.
2. ESTIMATE
Define cost of project/other costs, how overages are handled, project timelines, billing cycles, etc.
3. CONTRACT
Contracts (MSA/SOW) outline terms such as IP, ownership at completion, final cost, finalized deliverables, etc.
4. RESEARCH
Research competition, design trends, cost/mode of delivery (packaging), printing costs, etc.
5. CONCEPTS
Presentation of concepts that solve client’s request while providing professional design recommendations.
6. REFINEMENTS
Refine the design based on client’s feedback and/or edits. This stage can consist of multiple rounds.
7. FINAL DELIVERABLE(S)
Final files are prepped for printing and/or packaged for the client. For websites, this is the launch stage.
