Design Mechanical Inc. (DMI) is a leading commercial HVAC and plumbing contractor that has been serving the western United States for over three decades. Currently, DMI employs over 400 individuals and remains a highly sought-aft er partner for large scale commercial projects.

PROJECT SCOPE & ROLE

DMI requested a handbook for all employees outlining company and safety policies, as well as employee benefi ts. The previous handbook was a combinati on of multi ple documents printed on offi ce paper. McGrath + McKenna created a highly visual, 60-page handbook as a singular resource for all Design Mechanical employees. The handbook highlighted the most important informati on for employees and was divided into secti ons to make the book functi onal.
